Show legitimate results from other top companies and show how these companies, especially those in your own field, are growing and benefiting from the usage of social media. It is very important to share these stories and provide a no way out approach for your leaders to say no. If they are faced with reality and nothing negative then they have no choice but to say yes, yes, yes to social media.
