Randy Schrum, Founder & CEO

Mr . Schrum began his career in 1996 studying Internet Marketing.  As a student of marketing Randy moved into real estate investing using his internet marketing skills.  After running a staff of 80 employees at a Youth and Family Center “Mega Church” Mr. Schrum went full-time into Real Estate Investing.

During the market downturn in 2007 Mr. Schrum accepted a National Sales Director Position with a specialty contractor growing his Divisions Market Share from $19 Million to Over $36 Million per year in sales using the very marketing strategies he now implements for his clients.

He is married to his beautiful wife, Michele and has five amazing children. He currently resides in St. Louis Missouri.

Ed Schumer, Consulting Director

Ed Schumer has over 40 years of business experience and has been self employed for more than 30 years with background in the retail, wholesale, service, consulting and insurance industries.

Mr. Schumer founded and operates Identity Security Consultants Group, LLC – an identity theft risk management firm, and ThomasSchumerGroup – a marketing, management and consulting agency that specializes in working with small businesses and associations. He has owned and operated his own businesses and has been doing outside consulting in multiple industries for over 25 years.

Ed is recognized as an expert in the relationship selling model and specializes in the consultative selling approach.  His philosophy is to be certain that a client is properly educated and informed in order for them to make informed decisions in all areas of their business. His philosophy is that EVERY client relationship is a joint venture and that the client’s success should be the determining factor as to the success of the partnership.

Mr. Schumer  is married to Joyce Thomas(his partner in ThomasSchumerGroup) and resides in Lexington, IL with home/offices in St. Louis, Mo. and Cooperstown, NY.

Penny Riddle, Project Coordinator

Penny Riddle worked in corporate America for 16 years as a Legal Secretary.  She and her brother, Greg Watkins, began Family Vision Enterprise in 2010 which provides business services including, but not limited to:  Marketing Campaigns, Event Planning & Facilitation, Small Business Legal Insurance, Client Acquisition & Retention, Employee Benefits, and Project Management.

Ms. Riddle has served on the board member of the Professional Women of McLean County since July of 2011.  She has also served as a notary public since 1994 for the State of Illinois.

Penny has a passion for helping others.  She also enjoys networking and building relationships with individuals and businesses.  She is an entrepreneur committed to “paying it forward” while helping businesses grow and prosper.

Steve Hollaway, Director

Mr. Hollaway served as the Telecommunications NCO for his unit in the U.S. Army from 2004 to 2010. During which time he was deployed twice and served in a number of functions both overseas and back in the USA. This love of technology continued when he returned home and started his own IT consulting business in 2008.

In 2010, Mr. Hollaway was approached by MyInspiredMedia to work for their fulfillment team. Today Mr. Hollaway is happily married to his wife Heather, and is currently the Director of Fulfillment for MyInspiredMedia.com

Heather Hollaway, Director of Videography

Heather studied at Olivet Nazarene University where she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communications with a concentration in Film Studies. Additionally, Heather spent time in Los Angeles working closely with film professionals both through studying at the Los Angeles Film Studies Center (LAFSC), and completing her internship at Buddha Jones Inc., a post-production house who made box-office movie trailers.
